Agreement on the provision of legal services

Our fees are structured according to the type of issues or transaction concerned, and as agreed with our client, in the following manner:

• hourly rate
• success fee
• monthly flat fee
• other lump-sum amount applicable for instance in cases of establishment of companies)

In order to satisfy the most frequent requests of our clients, we have designed a Contract for the periodical provision of legal services.

This agreement is designed to provide our clients with permanent qualified assistance in all situations they might encounter in the day-to-day operation of their businesses, as for instance:

• participation of an attorney in negotiations and other business meetings
• written and oral consultations (including by telephone)
• review of administrative obligations, assistance with fulfillment and follow-up
• legal monitoring of the fields of law that may impact a company or its activities

The above list is not of course exhaustive of the services included in each Contract for the periodical provision of legal services, other types of assistance may also be covered under this agreement, according to the needs of the client.
